Q1. Do you offer discounts?
A. Yes, on product that is not already discounted. Discount is not applied to shipping.

Q2. If I place my order today when will my order be shipped? A.Your order will be shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. Note: We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Q3. Can I check the status of my order after it has been placed?
A. Yes if you registered when you placed your order you will be able to view all of your orders placed online.
Q4. Will I receive a tracking number so I can trace my order and find out the approximate time of my delivery?
A. When your order leaves our building, UPS will send you an email with your tracking number (if you logged in when placing your order).
Q5. Is this a secure site?
A. Absolutely! This site is protected using the "Internet Standard" SSL 128 bit encryption.
Q6. What is the best way to store candy?
A. It's best to store chocolates in a cool dry area away from sunlight. Chocolate readily absorbs flavors and odors, so don't hide your stash behind the spices or scented candles.
Q7. Can I freeze chocolate?
A. For long-term deferred pleasure, seal chocolates with plastic or foil before putting them in the freezer. Thaw for 24 hours in the fridge then "mellow" it on the counter until the outer wrapper is room temperature.
Q8. Are peanuts/tree nuts processed in your factory? A. Yes. We are a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, soy and wheat.
Q9. Do you carry Sugar-Free chocolates?
A. Yes. We carry Sugar-Free Chocolates. Note, however, that these products are not for use by diabetics without the advice of a Physician.
Q10. Can I ship chocolates to another Country?

Q14. How long will it take for my package to arrive to its destination?
A. Our packages ship from our factory in Cleveland Ohio, so please refer to our time in transit map.

Most orders are shipped from our facility within one business day. Malley's Chocolates ships via UPS or the United States Postal Service and is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries. We are not able to track packages shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Each Malley's Chocolates gift is carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. For packages going to warmer climates, ice packs are recommended for an additional $3.00 charge. If you decline ice packs and the package is shipped to a warm climate, Malley's Chocolates is not responsible for melted product. Please check all addresses carefully to ensure proper and prompt delivery. If you submit an incorrect address, Malley's Chocolates is not responsible for a returned package.
